Unlike consumer smartwatches, We have 3 types of FDA cleared devices available. They can include a finger sensor (pulse and oxygen measurement), nasal tubing (airflow), and a chest band (breathing effort) to track your quality of sleep. Or simply just a sensor adhered to your fingertip!
We offer set up and technical support in clinic.
Devices are available for pick up at one of our local offices. Some devices can be shipped to your home!

We understand that spending a night in a sleep lab may feel unfamiliar. Our goal is to make your experience as comfortable, simple, and stress-free as possible while gathering the information needed to support your health.
Spending a night in our Sleep Lab is a little different from your usual routine, and that is perfectly okay. Many patients worry about not sleeping well, but even a partial night of sleep gives us valuable information. The entire process is safe, non-invasive, and completely painless. There are no needles or injections involved.
Your visit will typically begin at 8:30 PM or 9:30 PM. When you arrive, our team will welcome you and guide you through the process so you feel comfortable from the very beginning.
We encourage you to have dinner before arriving, as meals are not provided. You are welcome to bring light snacks or water to enjoy before bedtime. For added convenience, a nearby 7-Eleven is located next door.
You will stay in a quiet, private room designed to feel similar to a hotel. After you change into your nightwear, one of our experienced sleep technicians will gently apply sensors to monitor your sleep. This process is painless and typically takes about 45 minutes. During this time, you can unwind by watching TV or simply relaxing.
Once you are ready, you can go to bed just as you would at home. Throughout the night, a trained technician will monitor your sleep from a separate room. We will gather important information such as brain activity, breathing patterns, oxygen levels, heart rate, snoring, and body movements. This detailed data helps your provider better understand your sleep and overall health.
In the morning, usually around 6:00 AM, the sensors will be gently removed. You will have time to shower, get dressed, and head out for the day feeling informed and supported.
