About Dallas Sleep Health

Better Sleep Begins With Better Care

At Dallas Sleep Health, we believe that better sleep is fundamental to better health.

Sleep disorders can affect nearly every aspect of your life from your energy and concentration to your mood, relationships, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being. Yet many people live for years with symptoms they have come to accept as normal.

We are here to change that.

Dallas Sleep Health is a physician-led sleep medicine practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders through personalized, evidence-based care.

Our goal isn’t simply to diagnose a sleep disorder. It’s to understand how your sleep is affecting your health and help you find a treatment approach that works for you.

Comprehensive Sleep Medicine

Sleep medicine has changed dramatically over the past several years.

While CPAP remains an important and highly effective treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, it isn't the right solution for every patient and successful sleep care involves much more than prescribing a CPAP machine.

At Dallas Sleep Health, we take a comprehensive approach to sleep disorders and consider the full range of appropriate treatment options, including:

Our physicians work with you to understand your diagnosis and explain your options so that you can make informed decisions about your care.

Physician-Led. Patient-Focused.

Your sleep is personaland your treatment should be too.

We believe patients deserve more than a quick diagnosis and a prescription. You deserve a physician who listens, explains the options, answers your questions, and remains involved throughout your treatment.

Our approach is built around four principles:

Listen

Listen

We take the time to understand your symptoms, concerns, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
Diagnose

Diagnose

Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment. We use appropriate sleep testing and clinical evaluation to determine what is happening while you sleep.
Personalize

Personalize

There is no universal treatment for sleep disorders. We consider your individual circumstances when developing your treatment plan.
Support

Support

Sleep treatment is an ongoing process. We remain available to help you overcome challenges, optimize treatment, and achieve lasting results.

A Modern Approach to Sleep Apnea

For patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, we believe in providing access to the full spectrum of appropriate treatment options.

Depending on your diagnosis and individual circumstances, treatment may include:

PAP Therapy

A proven treatment that can effectively keep the airway open during sleep.

Oral Appliance Therapy

A comfortable, convenient alternative for appropriately selected patients.

Weight Management

For appropriate patients, weight loss can be an important component of improving sleep apnea and overall health. Medications such as GLP-1 therapies may be considered when medically appropriate.

Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation

An advanced treatment option for selected patients who are unable to use CPAP successfully.

Combination Therapy

In some cases, combining treatments can provide better results than relying on a single approach.

Our job is not to tell every patient to use the same treatment. Our job is to determine which treatment or combination of treatments is most appropriate for you.

More Than Sleep Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea is one of the most common sleep disorders, but it is not the only one.

Our practice evaluates and treats a broad range of sleep-related conditions, including:

Obstructive sleep apnea-Photoroom

Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Interrupted breathing during sleep can cause snoring, fragmented sleep, daytime fatigue, and other health consequences.
